The Victory Hockey season is starting. What do I need to do?

The Victory Hockey league is a USA Hockey sanctioned program. All participants are required to have a valid USA Hockey membership number prior to participating in any practices or games.

2 Steps to Complete Victory Season Registration

1)   The Victory league season starts in September and ends in March. League payments can be made online (only accepts full payment) at https://frederic.frontline-connect.com/programleagues.cfm?fac=frederic&facid=1&levelid=0&seasonid=0&dateid=0&programid=7 , in the Pro Shop, or by phone (301) 662-7362 x10. There are 2 payment options, you can pay in full by August 21st or you can pay half by 8/21 and on 11/6 the remaining balance will be charged on the card you used to register (if you want to use a different card please make the payment before 11/6). All eligible discounts are applied by the hockey           department on approval of your registration and you will see this reflected in the final charge which may differ from your bank or credit card processing amount.

2)   SportsEngine: Victory Hockey uses SportsEngine to collect USA Hockey numbers, waivers, consent forms, medical information, team communication with the coach and each other, game and practice check-in/out, schedule, calendar, updates or changes, directions… You can use SportsEngine on a desktop or as an app on your phone. This is your personal SportsEngine account. Victory Hockey is limited in the information that we are able to see or alter. All families are required to enter the participants USA Hockey number through SportsEngine before participation in any Victory practices or games.

3)   Birth Certificate. A birth certificate or valid passport is required for all first time Victory League players . You can attach the birth certificate during the SportsEngine registration, bring a copy to the evaluations, or email a copy to me. All four corners must show to be valid. Players cannot be added to the official USA Hockey 1T team roster or play in ANY USA Hockey sanctioned games until a birth certificate is submitted and approved by the PVAHA.
