This program consists of activities, stations, and games to help our smallest hockey players become familiar with the ice and movement. There are NOT any prerequisites but we highly recommend a Learn To Skate class before class starts or simultaneously. 

· The program will focus on skaters developing basic movement and skating with hockeygear on.

       · Dominoes is taught through fun games and activities that create movement.

       · Hockey helmet, hockey pants, gloves, elbow, and shin guards are required. Please get in touch with us if you need equipment assistance.

      • Wear multiple layers under the hockey equipment to keep warm. (ie: cold gear compression layer, long sleeve t-shirt, and a  sweatshirt) Young players do not move fast enough to keep warm. Do not wear bulky garments which hinder movement.

      • Dominoes is not a Learn to Skate class. We highly recommend all participants pursue skating lessons. The purpose of this class is to provide a safe and fun environment for young players to wear hockey gear and participate in movement activities. 

      • Story and snack time are back! We will have a Brady Brady hockey story at the end of each class. Bring your player's favorite snack to enjoy during the story. 

Dominoes provides 3 to 5-year-old players a safe supervised space and opportunity to practice their hockey skills. 

Dominoes learn to move around with all that equipment on by avoiding dragons, rolling over the castle wall, jumping lava, catching bubbles, and so much more. Each Dominoes class will have a teaching moment but the focus is on creative movement by providing activity stations.
