All Victory Stars players must participate on a 2023-2024 Victory League team to participate on a Stars  team. All players must be paid in full before attending any events (games, tournaments, scrimmages, special events) scheduled for the Victory Stars teams. Victory Select events are paid for in advance and all amounts are determined by the number of team members, each player will be responsible for tournament fees whether attending or not therefore no refunds will be given. Fees do not include travel expenses, gas, hotels...
