USA Hockey requires all youth hockey players and officials to wear a commercially manufactured neck guard.

All youth players and youth officials must wear an approved commercially designed neck guard.

8U Registration: If your player has completed any Victory Hockey program here at Skate Frederick, they can register for the 8U league.

18U Registration: We are planning on 2 teams again this year. Please be aware that if we only have 1 team the team selection will be based on the payment registration time stamp.

Step 4: Register for a FREE 2024-25 SportsEngine account (this is required of all league participants) for schedule, communication, check-in/out, updates, and directions to games...SportsEngine is an app, please download the app and search Frederick Victory Hockey.

Step 5: If this is your 1st time participating in league play please upload a birth certificate during your SportsEngine registration or email a copy with ALL four corners visible. Players will not be able to participate in league play until this step is completed and the player is approved by our USA Hockey governing body the PVAHA.

Please Note: League evaluations are held to divide each Victory division into even teams. Evaluations are not tryouts.

Victory Stars

The Victory Stars is a tournament team selected by an open tryout. The top players in each age division will be selected.

Please see the home page schedule for tryout dates and times.

Preseason clinics offered on 8/19 and 8/20 for all ages, 8U - 18U. Preseason clinics are offered to familiarize players with drills that may be used at Stars tryouts and to get them back on the ice a few times before tryouts.

8U & 10U 6:15 to 7:15 PM 12U & 14U 7:30 to 8:30 PM 16U & 18U 8:50 - 9:50 PM
